aespa (under SM Entertainment) will perform at the major U.S. music festival ‘Lollapalooza Chicago’ this August.

 

On the 17th (local time), the official social media account of Lollapalooza Chicago announced the lineup for ‘2026 Lollapalooza Chicago,’ which will be held for four days from July 30 to August 2 at Grant Park in Chicago. aespa was included in the lineup, drawing attention from global music fans.

 

Lollapalooza Chicago, which began in 1991, is a world-renowned music festival that attracts over 400,000 attendees annually in Chicago alone. It is currently held not only in its home city of Chicago but also in various countries including Brazil, Argentina, Chile, Germany, France, and India. This year’s event will feature global artists such as Charli XCX, Olivia Dean, and The Chainsmokers alongside aespa, once again demonstrating aespa’s global presence.

 

aespa has previously captivated local audiences with standout performances at major global music festivals including the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival in California, The Governors Ball Music Festival in New York, Outside Lands Music & Arts Festival in San Francisco, SUMMER SONIC in Japan, and Mawazine Festival in Morocco. Expectations are high for their performance at ‘Lollapalooza Chicago.’

 

Meanwhile, aespa will continue their ‘2025-26 aespa LIVE TOUR - SYNK : aeXIS LINE – ASIA’ on April 4 at the Indonesia Convention Exhibition (ICE BSD) in Jakarta.
