As BLACKPINK nears the final chapter of their third world tour, the group successfully wrapped up their Tokyo Dome concerts with three consecutive sold-out shows.

BLACKPINK held their ‘BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR [DEADLINE] IN TOKYO’ concerts on January 16, 17, and 18 at Tokyo Dome. This marks their third appearance at the iconic venue following their shows in 2019 and 2023. With each return, the group has expanded their scale, and this time was no exception, selling out all seats and drawing a total of 165,000 fans over three days, reaffirming their unrivaled ticket power in Japan.

Festivities surrounding the concerts began early with special events including a series of relay popup stores and collaborative MD (merchandise) launches. On the first day of the concert, Japan’s four major towers, Kobe Port Tower, Tokyo Tower, Nagoya’s Mirai Tower, and Sapporo TV Tower, were lit up in celebration. At Tokyo Dome, throngs of fans lined up for merchandise, encircling the venue in long queues.

The already heightened anticipation erupted on stage. Opening with global mega-hits like ‘Kill This Love’ and ‘Pink Venom’, BLACKPINK instantly took control with electrifying live performances. Their deepened charisma and polished stage presence pushed the energy at Tokyo Dome to its peak.

The show’s intensity was elevated by a live band and YG’s signature concert production. From their debut songs ‘Whistle’ and ‘Boombayah’ to their most recent track ‘JUMP’, the setlist showcased BLACKPINK’s entire musical journey, delivering a high-impact experience from start to finish.

A special moment of connection with fans came during the encore. The members traversed every corner of the venue, exchanging heartfelt interactions with the audience, who responded with roaring applause and cheers. BLACKPINK expressed their gratitude, saying,

“Time flew by so quickly—it’s bittersweet. We received so much energy over these three days. We want to express our love and thanks to each and every one of you.”

Following the success of their Tokyo Dome shows, BLACKPINK will meet fans in Hong Kong on January 24, 25, and 26 at Kai Tak Stadium. These concerts will mark the grand finale of their ‘BLACKPINK WORLD TOUR <DEADLINE>’, which spans 16 cities and 33 shows.

Meanwhile, BLACKPINK is set to release their third mini album [DEADLINE] on February 27 at 2 PM KST. This marks their first full-group comeback in approximately 3 years and 5 months since their second full album [BORN PINK]. As top global artists, their return is already generating massive excitement. The album is expected to capture the essence of BLACKPINK today and chart a bold direction for what lies ahead.
