Hoshi, member of SEVENTEEN, is surprising fans once again with the sudden release of a new solo track.

According to PLEDIS Entertainment, a label under HYBE, Hoshi will release his new single ‘Fallen Superstar’ along with its music video today (November 11) at 6 p.m. (KST). This marks his first solo release in about two months following ‘TAKE A SHOT’ in September.

‘Fallen Superstar’ tells the story of two wounded souls who find warmth and comfort in each other amid their emotional voids. The song contrasts fast-tempo drum beats with lyrical guitar sounds, and Hoshi’s delicate vocals deliver the song like an emotional poem full of intensity and sentiment.

The track was co-written and produced by Andrew Goldstein — known for his work with global stars such as Maroon 5 and Katy Perry — and JXDN, a singer-songwriter nominated at the MTV Video Music Awards. Notably, ‘Fallen Superstar’ is Hoshi’s first-ever English solo track, signaling his intent to deepen his connection with global fans.

The music video visually captures the dual emotions of fall and love, portraying the song’s bittersweet sentiment through sleek and striking cinematography. The teaser, released at midnight, features a shattered guitar and Hoshi falling in reverse, ending with a guitar pick engraved with the line “You’re just a Fallen Superstar.” The snippet of the new song included in the teaser has further heightened fans’ anticipation for the full release.

Meanwhile, Hoshi continues to expand his musical spectrum through both group and unit activities, as well as various solo tracks such as ‘Damage (HOSHI Solo) (feat. Timbaland)’, ‘I Want You Back’, and ‘STAY.’ His surprise September release ‘TAKE A SHOT’ also gained global traction, debuting high on the iTunes Worldwide Song chart.
