Group VERIVERY completed their first solo concert in Asia under high interest from local media in Taiwan.


 

VERIVERY held Asia's first solo concert "2023 VERIVERY CONCERT PAGE : O ASIA IN TAIPEI" twice at 2 PM and 7:30 PM at Clapper Studio in Taipei, Taiwan on the 19th (local time), and met with their fans.

 

The Taiwan concert was decorated as a meaningful and touching time for both artists and fans as it was the first solo performance in 3 years and 3 months since VERIVERY visited in November 2019. Major Taiwanese media, including CTS News, Apple daily, Liberty Times, China Times, and ETtoday, also focused on VERIVERY's first solo concert in Taiwan as online and offline news, proving the extraordinary status and popularity as an idol who became a K-pop trend.

 

VERIVERY, who made his first solo concert stage in Taiwan with their song "Undercover" with explosive energy, attracted local fans by heating up from the beginning with their flawless choreography and colorful performance.

 

VERIVERY, who met for the first time and greeted in Chinese, said, "We remember you warmly welcomed us when we visited Taiwan 3 years and 3 months ago," and added, "We feel really good to hold a solo concert in Taiwan, the place we really wanted to come back," expressing gratitude and welcome to fans

 

VERIVERY heated up the scene by performing "Lay Back," "O," "Get Away," "Heart Attack," and "Tap Tap" at two performances in Taiwan. In addition, representative songs such as "Love Line", "SKYDIVE", "G.B.T.B.", "TRIGGER", "Candle", "Childhood", "Ring Ring Ring", and "Fine" were shown with dynamic performances, and they showed their powerful performance in the second half just like the 'trending perfectly synced choreography idol.'

 

In particular, cheers peaked at the unit stage, which was considered the highlight of the Asian tour. Gyehyeon and Yeonho came out first as the first runners on the unit stage, where people were able to meet VERIVERY’s colorful transformation stage as a separate strategy.

 

Gyehyeon and Yeonho impressed fans by performing ‘Hello,’ a duet song by popular singers Jam Hsiao and JJ Lin, which had previously been released on their official social media channels and drew high attention. Following the baton, the members Dongheon, Hoyoung, Yongseung, and Kangmin gathered as dance units and swept into performance parades from ‘No Time Like Christmas’ to ‘Feel Good Inc,’ and ‘Let Me.’

 

VERIVERY satisfied fans with a rich setlist of a variety of talks, including the preparation process for the concert, the moment of emotion for the first time winning on a music show, and the preparation process for the unit stage.

 

VERIVERY, who has confirmed their popularity by topping the domestic and international music charts, has been showing refreshing popularity since the new year with a series of awards from the ‘2022 Asia Artist Awards IN JAPAN’ to the ‘30th Anniversary Hanteo Music Awards 2022’ and ‘Trend Award-Focus Star Award.’ Following Osaka and Tokyo in Japan last month, they also successfully completed a solo concert in Taipei, Taiwan, reaffirming their position as a major Asian idol.
