Groups ILLIT, TWS, and BTS each ranked No.1 in their respective categories on the Hanteo country-specific chart.

 

Hanteo Chart, the world’s only real-time music chart, announced the country-specific chart TOP 30 for the 5th week of April (tracking period: April 27–May 3) for the United States, Japan, and China on the morning of May 8.

In the United States category, ILLIT’s ‘MAMIHLAPINATAPAI’ ranked No.1 with a comprehensive index of 12,692.11 points. Next, BTS’s ‘ARIRANG’ (comprehensive index: 10,323.47 points) placed No.2, while TOMORROW X TOGETHER’s 《7th Year: A Moment of Stillness in the Thorns》 (comprehensive index: 9,136.20 points) took No.3.

In the Japan category, TWS claimed the top spot. TWS’s ‘NO TRAGEDY’ recorded a comprehensive index of 25,773.27 points. No.2 went to BTS’s ‘ARIRANG’ (comprehensive index: 25,301.49 points), and No.3 to ILLIT’s ‘MAMIHLAPINATAPAI’ (comprehensive index: 12,969.15 points).

In the China category, BTS’s ‘ARIRANG’ (comprehensive index: 34,575.44 points) ranked No.1.


Following behind, TOMORROW X TOGETHER’s 《7th Year: A Moment of Stillness in the Thorns》 (comprehensive index: 27,119.46 points) ranked No.2, while CORTIS’s ‘REDRED’ (comprehensive index: 20,190.83 points) placed No.3.


Meanwhile, the country-specific chart is a comprehensive chart compiled based on global data of K-pop artists, including album, music, and social portal data for each country, by collecting and analyzing K-pop data worldwide in real time using Hanteo Chart’s big data collection technology. The country-specific chart is released every Friday.
