Play M Entertainment's new group Weeekly debuts today on June 30th.
Weeekly (Lee Soo Jin, Monday, Ji Han, Shin Ji Yoon, Park So Eun, Zoa, and Lee Jae Hee) is a girl group that Play M Entertainment is showcasing 10 years after Apink, and it's a group of 17 years in age on average with the catchphrase, 'Giving a special week that's new every day.'
As they were called 'Play M Girls' and received heated reaction to a number of idol fans, Weeekly prepared for a long time and polished their charms.
The debut album and Weeekly's 1st Mini Album, 'We are' contains the girls' ambition of 'wanting to show the honest story of teenagers' based on Weeekly's bright energy. The debut title track 'Tag Me (@Me)' is a funky song with honest and confident lyrics, which shows Weeekly's friendly and unique charms.
There are also many tracks featured including 'Universe' with interesting groove, 'Hello' with cool sound, and Shin Ji Yoon's self-composed tracks 'Weeekly Day' and 'Reality' from the debut album, making the fans to look forward to Weeekly's growth in the future.
At the end of June, the public is paying attention whether Weeekly can become the force of 'new generation shift' after its long preparation to debut.
Weeekly will released the debut album 'We are' today (30th) at 6 PM online and offline stores. Also at 8 PM of the same day, the group will live-broadcast the first debut showcase through V LIVE online and communicate with the fans worldwide.
