On the 18th, Hanteo Chart, servicing the world’s one-and-only real-time music chart, released an exclusive video of group X1 via Hanteo News and YouTube Channel, ‘WhosfanTV.’
In the video, X1 members are thanking for and celebrating their ‘QUANTUM LEAP’ album reaching ‘half-million’ as a debut album for the first time in K-Pop history.
Through the video, X1 celebrated, “Our X1’s debut album had Initial Chodong (1st week) sales of 520,000 copies, reached ‘half-million’ on Hanteo Chart, the largest album aggregation chart in Korea.” They continued, “The fact that we are receiving so much love hasn’t sunk in yet,” and wrapped up the video saying, “We will become the X1 working as hard as your love and support.”
X1’s ‘QUANTUM LEAP’ album was released on August 27th, and the album is receiving huge support and love from the fans along its title track, ‘FLASH.’ The Initial Chodong period of ‘QUANTUM LEAP’ album was from August 27th to September 2nd, and the album recorded the Initial Chodong album sales of 524,007 copies. With this, X1 became the first artist in K-Pop history to reach a half-million Initial Chodong sales record with a debut album.
