Group IZ*ONE has written a new history of K-Pop.
Hanteo Chart, the world's one-and-only rea-time music chart, officially counted and announced that as of the 21st at 11 AM KST, IZ*ONE has surpassed the Initial Chodong (first week of release) sales amount of 300,000 copies with the new release, 'BLOOM*IZ.' The record is drawing even more attention as this is the first time that a girl group has recorded an Initial Chodong sales of more than 300,000 copies.
Released on the 17th, IZ*ONE's 'BLOOM*IZ' album recorded the sales amount of 299,948 copies until the 20th KST. According to Hanteo Chart, the album sales amount is at 315,525 copies and counting as of the 21st at 11 AM KST after summing the album sales amount of 15,577 copies from 10 AM. As the record is being updated in real-time, the number of album sales is continuously growing.
According to Hanteo Chart, IZ*ONE has taken the 1st in Initial Chodong sales among the albums released in 2020 and placed 1st in Daily Album Rankings for 4 days in a row since its release.
Including today, there are 3 more days left to the Initial Chodong period for IZ*ONE's 'BLOOM*IZ' album. Therefore, it is of keen interest what new record that IZ*ONE will continue to create from now on.
